Volunteers Needed

Credit Unions are not-for-profit financial institutions. We rely on the participation of our members to serve on our Board of Directors and various committees.

 Neighbors United Board of Directors is currently looking for members who are interested in serving with fresh ideas and diverse skill sets on the Supervisory Committee.

 We are inviting our members to take a leadership role in shaping the future of Neighbors United FCU and apply for our Supervisory Committee. 

The Supervisory Committee meets once a month and is made up of active members who volunteer their time to help direct the growth and success of the credit union. The Committee’s primary function is to ensure the credit union’s records and policies are maintained and that the assets of members are safeguarded in compliance with the law. We depend on our Supervisory Committee and Board for their diverse backgrounds and ability to come together and help shape the direction of the Credit Union. 

The Board of Directors is looking for members with experience in the following areas:

·         IT and Security

·         Marketing

·         Business Development

·         Human Resources

·         Community Involvement

·         Banking or Credit Union

·         Accounting
