Loan Payments
The following website will allow you to make payments using a debit card or e-check from another financial institution. There is a fee for this service of $4.95 for debit card payments or $1.95 for checking account payments.
This service is for loan payments only. Account deposits will not be accepted.
Please note: There is a minimum payment amount of $5.00 and a maximum payment of $3,000.00 when using this service. Payments will be posted to your Neighbors United Federal Credit Union (NUFCU) Account on the next business day. Payments made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will post on the following Monday.
To make a payment using funds from your NUFCU Account, please DO NOT use this service. Instead login to your PCU or Mobile App, where you can process your payment for free.
First Time Users: Enter the information requested on the following page. The account number will be the account you wish to pay. You will need to enter your member number plus your loan suffix.
Ex. if your member number is 5799999 and your loan number is 1, you will enter 5799999-1
Your member number will start with a 57 and your loan number will be between 1 and 99
If you are unaware of this information, you can find both on your statements, via online banking or by coming into our offices
